I reluctantly signed up as a preferred customer of Melalueka but wanted to do my mother a favor. After subscribing, ordering overpriced bath and kitchen cleaning products, I decided to cancel my subscription back in August. I followed the instructions on the website but the still debited my account and sent another box of unwanted cleaning products to me in September. I called them, complained, sent an email and confirmed my wish to cancel only to debit my account again in October and November. After November’s debit, I called again, sent them proof that I wished to cancel and was assured by the customer service representative my account would not be debited again. It is now December and again, my account was debited another $66.28. This company clearly capitalizes on being able to get away with this practice of shipping their unwanted products while the debit a consumer’s account against their wishes. I am counting on someone to help me hold this company and their corrupt business practices accountable. As I read the numerous other complaints, I can’t help but to assume they will continue to get away with this. Please help!! We beg of you!!
